The Structure of Broad and Brisk Company

Broad and Brisk Company is structured to guarantee efficiency in the service they provide to their customers. They run a near-flat organizational system that empowers middle level officers to take operational decision quickly. It also secure easy communication between management and the operators, guaranteeing that decision are quickly reached and clients serviced time shortened. Moreover, the company operates the concept of departmental service units; Marketing/sales, Production, and accounting etc.

Business Philosophy

In a BROAD business environment, people need BRISK services! Broad and Brisk Nig. Ltd. was conceived and birth with strong determination to meet needs and demands in the manufacturing sector, it was incorporated in 2018 (1549974) having been registered in 2005. Its objectives include production and sales of all kinds of polyethylene products and general merchandizing. Currently, Broad and Brisk is into full production of photopolymer plates (rubber stereo or flexo plates) popularly called “LOGO” in Kano and other northern states. Its product and services are required by printing companies within and outside Nigeria. Broad and Brisk Nig. Ltd. is a fast growing indigenous company with a large sectorial market share. It has dominated the photopolymer plates making industry especially in the Northern Nigeria. Due to the strategy it is using to create and deliver value to its customers, it has increased its stake by developing new markets in Lagos and Benin and diversifying into trading on other allied polyethylene products and printing accessories such as TESA TAPES, DOCTOR BLADES, etc. Broad and Brisk Polymer Plates guarantee sharp prints on woven polypropylene sacks, corrugated cartons and printing in all forms of polyethylene bags and sachets.

The vision and mission statements are articulated by the Business Development Manager, Emoekpere, Alexander (Leadership and Management Position), who holds a first degree in Polymer Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Management and MBA in view.
